## Summary - Restore clustered non-integer TiDB primary keys from common-handle record keys in TiDB CDC snapshot and streaming reads. - Add a regression test for a DECIMAL(10,0) primary key that was previously emitted as null. ## Root cause TiDB stores clustered non-integer primary-key values in the record key.
