## Purpose Complete the remaining JDBC connector coverage for SeaTunnel `TIMESTAMP_TZ`. Closes #9785. ## Changes - map JDBC 4.2 `TIMESTAMP_WITH_TIMEZONE` to `OFFSET_DATE_TIME` in the generic converter - support native timezone timestamp metadata from Db2 for z/OS, Presto, Teradata, and Vertica - preserve the Db2 `DBTimestamp` offset through `toDBString(true)` and truncate fractional precision beyond nanoseconds - recognize proprietary JDBC codes through native type names in the legacy metadata fallback - exercise Presto source discovery and offset-preserving value reads against a real Presto container - document source and sink behavior in English and Chinese Existing timezone-aware sink columns continue to use JDBC `setObject` with `OffsetDateTime`. Auto table creation remains limited to dialects that provide the corresponding catalog/type conversion. No configuration, public API, or dependency changes are introduced. ## Verification - `./mvnw spotless:apply -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -T 3C` - 41 focused JDBC unit tests: passed - `JdbcPrestoIT#testTimestampWithTimeZoneMappingAndValue` with a real Presto container: passed - `env -u SEATUNNEL_HOME ./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true -T 3C`: passed The full local multi-engine Presto E2E suite was also attempted, but Docker Desktop had only 2915 MB available and killed the Presto container while engine containers were starting. The isolated real-Presto metadata/value integration test passed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
