## What does this PR do? Resets runtime metric snapshots before a failed Zeta pipeline is restored. ## Why is this change needed? Pipeline retries reuse stable task locations. Retaining snapshots from the failed attempt caused `SourceReceivedCount`, `SinkWriteCount`, and queue metrics to continue from stale values, so finished-job metrics could include work from canceled attempts after worker failover. ## How was it tested? - Added `StateTransitionCleanupTest#testPipelineRestoreClearsMetricsFromTheFailedAttempt`. - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server -DskipITs -Dskip.spotless=true -Dtest=StateTransitionCleanupTest test` - `./mvnw -q -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server -DskipTests verify` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` Closes #11472. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
