## Purpose Add a concise, user-facing guide for diagnosing Zeta task busyness and queue backpressure. The existing implementation-oriented realtime observability document remains unchanged for later cleanup. ## Changes - Add English and Chinese **Busyness and Backpressure** guides. - Document enablement, async boundaries, metric semantics, bottleneck diagnosis, Web UI behavior, REST endpoints, and known limitations. - Add the new guide to the Zeta documentation sidebar. ## User impact Users get a shorter operational guide that matches the current Zeta implementation.
