## Purpose Closes #10004. FTP sinks configured with `data_save_mode = APPEND_DATA` previously committed temporary files by deleting the existing target and renaming the temporary file, so data was overwritten instead of appended. This change implements FTP `APPE` support and makes the FTP aggregated committer append temporary file contents to an existing target. The first write still uses the existing rename path. Append-mode rollback never renames an existing target, preventing previously stored data from being removed. ## User impact An FTP sink using `APPEND_DATA` can now append data to an existing target file. Other file-system implementations keep their existing commit behavior. ## Validation - `./mvnw -q -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-file/connector-file-ftp -Dtest=SeaTunnelFTPFileSystemTest test` - `./mvnw -q -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-file/connector-file-base -Dtest=FileSinkAggregatedCommitterTest test` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
