URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11566

   ### Purpose of this pull request

   Related: #10717

   Add the official Zeta documentation for timer-driven Sink flushing. The
documentation follows the current runtime implementation and connector behavior.

   This PR:

   - adds English and Chinese Zeta guides for timer-driven Sink flush;
   - documents `sink.flush.interval` and `timer-flush-pool-size`;
   - explains signal ordering, best-effort queue delivery, checkpoint and
transaction boundaries, lifecycle behavior, and Multi-Table failure handling;
   - lists the exposed timer-flush metrics and operational limitations;
   - adds the guide to the Zeta documentation sidebar.

   ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?

   Yes. It adds documentation for configuring and operating timer-driven Sink
flush in Zeta. There is no runtime behavior change.

   ### How was this patch tested?

   - `./mvnw spotless:apply`
   - `node --check docs/sidebars.js`
   - `git diff --check`
   - verified relative links in both documentation files
