Thanks for separating this from #10997. The report is specific enough to track independently: current `dev` can have a non-null `latestCompletedCheckpoint` while the coordinator state entry is already missing, so `isNoErrorCompleted()` must treat the missing state as not completed instead of dereferencing it. PR #11565 is the correct repair path for the minimal null-safe status check plus regression coverage. Since the PR is already open and tied to this issue, the next gate is current-head Build and maintainer review.
