Thanks for the original report. I rechecked the current issue and PR state. The active fix path is now #11576, which covers the same RabbitMQ root causes: 1. preserving `uri` as a legacy alias of `url`; 2. adding explicit host / port SSL support; 3. adding passive queue declaration so read-only consumers can verify an existing queue without creating it. Since #11576 is already in review, this issue should stay linked to that PR rather than need a new independent implementation path.
