Quick follow-up after the later review activity: I still agree that this PR needs source-side changes before another full review. From Daniel's previous review path, the management write-surface/security-boundary concern is still not cleared on this head, and GitHub is also reporting merge conflicts with the latest `dev` (`mergeStateStatus=DIRTY`, `mergeable_state=dirty`). Please address the source review items first, then sync with the latest `dev`, resolve the conflicts, and push an updated commit.
