本轮继续推进 CI gate，已修复当前 Build 中可由源码修复的 dead-link 失败并推送： - Pushed commit: `6b4874acf7` - 修复 `docs/en/transforms/llm.md` 和 `docs/zh/transforms/llm.md` 中已 404 的 OpenAI `model-endpoint-compatibility` 链接，替换为当前可用的 `https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/models`。 本轮 CI 失败归因： - `Dead links`: 命中上述 OpenAI 404，已修。 - `unit-test (11, ubuntu-latest)`: `MetricsApiTest.metricsApiTest` 返回 500；该测试文件与当前 `upstream/dev` 无差异，未在 Arrow close-order PR 内做无依据改动。 - `oracle-cdc-connector-it (11, ubuntu-latest)`: Maven wrapper 下载被 Maven Central 返回 `429 Too Many Requests`，随后 `MavenWrapperMain` 缺失；这是外部限流/下载失败，不是本 PR 源码逻辑。 本地验证边界：按 Apache SeaTunnel 规则，只执行格式化/格式检查： `./mvnw -nsu -DskipTests -DskipIT=true -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true spotless:apply spotless:check` 结果：BUILD SUCCESS。 未运行本地 compile/test/package/E2E/Docker。等待新 head 的 GitHub CI。 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
