I retested this against the current `dev` build at `7e25769`. The
distribution contains both `connector-cdc-mysql-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar` and
`connector-jdbc-3.0.0-SNAPSHOT.jar`.

   Results:

   - `seatunnel.sh --check -m local -c <config>` exited 0 and discovered the
MySQL CDC source successfully.
   - I then ran the real Local execution path with a deliberately unreachable
JDBC URL so that no database could be modified.
   - The Local engine instantiated `MySqlCatalog` through `MySqlCatalogFactory`
and advanced to the expected JDBC connectivity failure: `CatalogException:
Failed connecting to the configured JDBC URL` -> `CommunicationsException` ->
`Connection refused`.
   - The original nested error, `Can not find catalog table with factoryId
[MySQL]`, did not occur.
   - The isolated Local Hazelcast instance shut down cleanly after the test.

So MySQL Catalog discovery works in Local mode on current `dev`, and I do
not see a current source-code change that would justify a new PR. I recommend
closing this as fixed/not reproducible on `dev`. If it still reproduces on a
newer build, please attach the full nested exception and the connector JAR
listing from that exact distribution.
