Thanks for the well-scoped proposal. Since this spans engine metric aggregation, REST API shape, and UI rendering, please consider splitting it into an umbrella issue with subtasks (e.g., 1) engine/REST aggregation endpoint, 2) graph rendering with live overlays, 3) drill-down and checkpoint/error surfacing) so contributors can pick up parts independently. Could you clarify the intended data refresh model for the graph (polling interval vs. push/streaming) and the expected payload shape from the REST layer? This affects how it builds on the observability work in #11215 and #11244.
