Thanks for the well-structured proposal. Since it covers many capabilities, splitting into smaller PRs is strongly encouraged — a suggested first slice: job submit (text + file upload) plus stop/cancel with confirmation dialogs, since these map directly to existing REST API v2 endpoints. Please confirm whether the Web UI actions should respect the engine's HTTPS/authentication configuration; state-changing endpoints must pass through the same auth layer as the REST API, and the UI should degrade gracefully (read-only) when auth is not satisfied.
