Thanks again for the original report. The increment-only startup mode discussed above has already been implemented in current `dev`, so this issue now mainly needs verification from the original user side. If you have already verified a recent `dev` build, or a release that includes that implementation, and the connector no longer falls back to snapshot mode, please close this issue. If it still reproduces, please update the thread with: 1. the exact SeaTunnel version or commit; 2. the full MongoDB-CDC config with secrets redacted; 3. the job log showing the startup-mode path actually taken.
