Thanks for the original contribution here. I rechecked this against the current `dev` branch and prepared a refreshed follow-up PR at #11627. The current head of #10134 is still heavily behind the latest `dev` and GitHub reports merge conflicts, and my direct push to the source fork branch was rejected by GitHub, so I could not update `roohom/dev` in place. The follow-up PR replays the same source intent on the live base branch: active Paimon sink docs under `docs/*/connectors/sink/Paimon.md`, `oss://` warehouse handling in `PaimonCatalogLoader`, and a focused `PaimonCatalogLoaderTest`.
