### Purpose of this pull request
Fixes #10588.
This adds a bilingual guide for using AI tools to assist with SeaTunnel
runtime log diagnosis.
The guide covers:
- collecting Zeta logs by job ID from files, REST endpoints, and Kubernetes
pods
- preserving the first failure and complete exception chain
- redacting credentials and production data before sharing logs
- prompting for evidence, hypotheses, and verification steps separately
- checking common connector, checkpoint, memory, and task retry failures
- a reproducible walkthrough based on SeaTunnel's factory discovery errors
The guide is linked from the existing Zeta logging pages and added to the
documentation sidebar.
### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
Yes. It adds English and Chinese documentation for diagnosing runtime logs
with AI tools. There is no runtime or configuration behavior change.
### How was this patch tested?
Verified formatting with Java 11:

./mvnw spotless:check
```
Checked every link in the changed Markdown files with `markdown-link-check`.
Ran the same documentation synchronization and Docusaurus build used by the
repository workflow:
```shell
bash tools/documents/sync.sh . ../seatunnel-website
cd ../seatunnel-website
npm install
npm run build
```
The English and Chinese static sites built successfully.
