## What does this PR do? Fixes #8346. SQL Server CDC parsed its JDBC URL but passed only the host and port to Debezium. Driver options from the URL, including `encrypt` and `trustServerCertificate`, were therefore lost when Debezium created its connection. This PR forwards non-address JDBC URL properties to Debezium as `database.*` properties. Explicit settings in the `debezium` block are applied afterwards and remain authoritative. The English and Chinese connector documentation now describe this behavior. ## Verification - `./mvnw spotless:apply` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-cdc/connector-cdc-sqlserver -Dtest=SqlServerIncrementalSourceFactoryTest test` The new regression test verifies forwarding of `encrypt` and `trustServerCertificate`, excludes URL address fields, and confirms explicit Debezium configuration takes precedence. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
