Thanks for claiming this and for opening PR #11672 before starting the UI work. That is the right sequence for this feature. Reusing the existing realtime metrics endpoints and keeping the first version bounded around a shared live-chart contract should make the review much easier than treating it as an ad hoc UI-only change. Please continue the discussion primarily on the design PR, especially around concurrent polling cost, reuse with related observability work, and pinned-chart lifecycle.
