Update on #11665: withdrawing the STIP/implementation PRs I opened (#11732, #11733, both now closed). @goutamadwant had already proposed a more correct backend contract in the issue comments (proper fixed-vs-dynamic-slot semantics, reuse of the existing `WorkerResourceDiagnostic` class, alignment with #11597) before I claimed it, and pointed out real bugs in what I'd built. #11665 is open for @goutamadwant to proceed on per their proposal there. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
