Hi @nzw921rx would like to take the FilterRowKind validation migration. I plan to move the existing exactly-one non-empty include_kinds or exclude_kinds contract into OptionRule, remove only the duplicate runtime validation, and add focused factory tests for valid, missing, both-configured and empty-list cases.
