## Purpose of this pull request Closes #9754. Oracle CDC custom snapshot reader generated split queries directly, so the snapshot.select.statement.overrides setting was ignored during incremental snapshots. This change reads the configured override, including Debezium’s catalog-less table lookup, wraps it as an inline view, and then applies SeaTunnel split boundary predicates. The custom filter is preserved without breaking parallel snapshot reads. ## Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? Yes. Oracle CDC now honors snapshot.select.statement.overrides during snapshot split reads. The English and Chinese connector documentation include an example and constraints for the custom query. ## How was this tested? - Added a regression test for an override whose configured table name omits the Oracle catalog. - Ran Oracle CDC module tests. - Ran code formatting. - Ran full repository verification with tests skipped. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
