Confirming from my side: `Build`, `Notify test workflow`, and `labeler` are all `SUCCESS` on this same head (`7149f792`), and my approval from 2026-08-14 stands unchanged — no outstanding blockers, only the one Low-severity, take-it-or-leave-it 200ms-wait note I've flagged as optional a few rounds running now. I don't have merge rights on this repo, so it'll need a committer (e.g. @davidzollo or @SEZ9) to do the actual approve/merge.
