@DanielLeens addressed both deployment failure paths The completion callback is registered before local deployment can fail. Failures before TaskGroupContext publication release only the references acquired by that attempt while published contexts remain owned by the normal lifecycle Added a regression for context initialization failure which verifies the refcount returns to zero and FAILED is still reported.
