@DanielLeens @davidzollo The backend-first slice is ready for review: #11909 It reuses the existing worker diagnostic model and adds a read-only worker resource endpoint for both REST API versions. Fixed and dynamic slot semantics are kept separate, worker resource values come from the latest heartbeat, and master-election gaps return an unavailable snapshot instead of an error. I also added coverage for slot release and reuse, incomplete snapshots, master changes, serialization, and REST output.
