Could you share the full job logs (especially any errors during the save-mode/table-creation phase before the stream load), and confirm whether the target table z_auth_role exists in Doris after the failure? The 'table not found' during stream load suggests the auto-create step failed or was skipped earlier. Please verify the Doris user 'admin' has CREATE privileges on database ms_sync, and confirm the fenodes value points to the FE HTTP port. Also, does the same job work against a Doris 2.x cluster? This would help isolate whether it's a Doris 3.0+ compatibility issue (e.g., default replication/storage settings in the CREATE TABLE template). If a custom save_mode_create_template is not set, try specifying one explicitly (with properties compatible with Doris 3.0+, e.g., replication_num matching your cluster) and report whether table creation succeeds.
