### Purpose of this pull request
This PR adds a concrete, real-world example under `seatunnel-examples/`
demonstrating batch offline ETL from MySQL to HDFS partitioned Parquet files:
- **Source (`Jdbc`)**: Reads MySQL table with parallel slice read
optimizations (`partition_column`, `partition_num`, bounds).
- **Transform (`Sql`)**: Performs field normalization, status uppercase
conversion, amount validation, and date partition key extraction (`pt_dt`).
- **Sink (`HdfsFile`)**: Writes into HDFS in snappy-compressed Parquet
format with Hive-style dynamic partitioning (`/pt_dt=YYYY-MM-DD/`).
- Includes a runnable configuration, sample DDL/DML, and a comprehensive
README guide.

### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
No core API or engine changes. This PR introduces an example scenario recipe
under
`seatunnel-examples/seatunnel-engine-examples/src/main/resources/examples/` for
new and existing users.
### How was this patch tested?
- Verified Apache 2.0 license headers across all new files (`.conf`, `.sql`,
`.md`).
- Validated HOCON syntax and SQL transform query structure.
- Followed the guidelines and structure discussed in issue #8388 with
maintainer @DanielLeens.
