URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/11957

   ## Purpose

Ship the #11666 V1 Job Detail live metrics chart: operators can pin numeric
realtime series and keep watching them on Overview after the drawer closes.

This follows the design comment treated as V1 source of truth:
https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/issues/11666#issuecomment-5210832660

   ## Changes

   - Drawer: keep the key-field summary above the divider; replace the bottom
series table with a live line chart and Pin / Unpin.
   - Overview: add a session-scoped pin panel between the DAG and the existing
summary table (max 6 series, no `localStorage`).
   - Split charts by unit (`ratio` / `duration` / `count`) so mixed scales stay
readable; same-unit series overlay.
   - Extract **shared** job-level fetch (`fetchJobRealtimeMetrics`) and
request-agnostic chart (`LiveLineChart` / `LiveMetricsBoard`) for #11351 /
#11352. Pages inject already-fetched series; pinning does not add REST traffic.
   - Add Apache ECharts (`echarts`) as a rendering dependency of
`seatunnel-engine-ui` only. No second chart library.
   - Update English and Chinese user docs, including the reuse boundary.

   ## Non-goals

   - Long-term history, alerting, or derived metric expressions
   - A separate Flink-style Metrics tab or new metrics pipeline
   - Header-tab redesign / DAG flow animation (later under #11668)
   - Sharing the Job Detail pin store or pin-panel layout with other pages

   ## Test plan

   - [x] `vitest`: `detail.spec.ts`, `detail-live-metrics.spec.ts`,
`live-metrics-pin.spec.ts`, `detail-metrics.spec.ts` (24 tests)
   - [x] `vue-tsc --build --force` and eslint on the changed UI files
   - [x] `./mvnw spotless:apply`
   - [ ] CI on this PR
