Agreed on all five points, @SEZ9 — the opt-in state-emission framing for Finding A / Issue 5 is the right root-cause fix rather than patching the serializer gate or the error-sink lifecycle check separately, and I share the priority on Issues 3/6/7/8: the non-deterministic first-non-null schema pick and the silent PK-less insert-only downgrade are both real restore-correctness risks, and the Flink/Spark no-op needs at least a documented limitation. Still waiting to hear from @davidzollo on reconciling this branch with #11780 before the next round of fixes — happy to do a full fresh pass once that's settled and the fixes land. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
