Addressed the master-handover gap in c90c430. getReadyCoordinatorService now handles the SeaTunnelEngineException states produced by getCoordinatorService during a coordinator/master transition, logs at fine level, and returns no samples for that scrape. RuntimeException and other non-engine failures still propagate. Added one regression case for each affected collector; TelemetryCollectorCoordinatorGuardTest passes 19/19, and the affected engine common/core/server module chain passes verify with tests skipped. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
