CI follow-up: in my last comment I noted the fresh `Build` check triggered by the sync with `dev` was still `pending` and asked for a report once it finished. Re-checked live: the head is unchanged, and `Build` (run `99401662759`) now shows `pass`, along with `Notify test workflow` and `labeler`. That clears the last open item from my prior comments — no code-side blockers remain from my review. As noted before, I only have comment-level access here, so a write-capable maintainer still needs to do the final approve/merge, and if @goutamadwant's earlier `CHANGES_REQUESTED` review state is still showing on the sidebar after their re-review `APPROVED`, it should be dismissed as stale. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
