Thanks for confirming that the problem still reproduces on 2.3.13. That is meaningful new evidence, but the version alone is not enough to map it to the old Oracle CDC to ClickHouse checkpoint-timeout report. Please next provide the deployment mode, redacted complete source and sink configuration, restart or restore action, checkpoint interval and timeout, and the first timeout error with the surrounding cause chain from the 2.3.13 run.
