Thanks @davidzollo for the approval — that covers the maintainer sign-off I flagged as needed in my last round. From my side nothing has changed: the only remaining blocker is the `Build` check finishing green on the current head (it was still `in_progress`/pending when I last checked). Once that lands clean, this should be ready to merge; the two non-blocking follow-ups I noted (a doc line mirroring the existing `NCHAR` note, and a cosmetic test-naming nit) don't need to hold this up. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
