## What does this PR do? Fixes #11969. For a JDBC source query whose result-set metadata identifies one physical table, the source now reloads that table metadata and merges it with the query schema. This preserves table and column comments while retaining the query-selected column order. Queries without a reliable physical table identity keep the existing metadata-only behavior. ## How was this tested? - Added unit coverage for comment preservation and query-column ordering. - Added unit coverage for the unknown-table fallback. - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-jdbc -Dtest=JdbcCatalogUtilsTest test` - `./mvnw -q -DskipTests verify` -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
