commit a025042dd7de5bc949377b5d76a8d5ed385759b4 Author: David Zollo <[email protected]> AuthorDate: Sat Sep 5 07:31:39 2026 -0400 [Test][E2E] Extend Gravitino readiness timeout in MetalakeIT startUp() downloads and starts a Gravitino server (tarball fetch from dlcdn.apache.org, extract, then bin/gravitino.sh start) before polling `curl http://127.0.0.1:8090/api/metalakes` with a 180s awaitility budget. On a loaded/slower CI runner, the download+start sequence can occasionally exceed that budget, and curl then fails with exit code 7 (connection refused) instead of Gravitino simply not being ready yet - the two are indistinguishable from the assertion's point of view, so the test flakes with `ConditionTimeoutException: expected: <0> but was: <7> within 3 minutes` rather than a real functional failure. Bumped the wait to 300s to match the more generous JDBC-connection wait later in the same method, which already anticipates this kind of startup variance.
