## Motivation A restore-time source enumerator failure is reported through `CheckpointErrorReportOperation`, which currently executes the complete JobMaster/SubPlan error path synchronously on a Hazelcast operation thread. The restore error path can re-enter cancellation and retry state handling, leaving the operation blocked and the job hanging until CI timeout (see #12139). ## Changes - Dispatch task-reported checkpoint errors to the checkpoint coordinator executor. - Keep the existing terminal-state guard and error propagation semantics. - Add a regression test proving the caller can return while the coordinator executor is occupied. ## Verification - `git diff --check` passed. - Spotless passed. - Main-source compilation succeeded before test compilation. - Full test compilation is blocked by unrelated baseline `JettyService` references to missing `HttpConfig` methods (`getUploadMaxFileSizeMb`, `getUploadMaxRequestSizeMb`) on `origin/dev`.
