This issue aims to improve documentation for: 1. **Paimon (Source & Sink)**: - Add missing `Support Those Engines` / `引擎支持` sections covering Spark, Flink, and SeaTunnel Zeta across English and Chinese docs. - Add FAQs covering read/query modes (batch snapshot vs streaming changelog), catalog/warehouse setup, auto-table creation, and checkpoint commit semantics. 2. **RocketMQ (Source & Sink)**: - Standardize engine support headers to community conventions (`Support Those Engines` / `引擎支持`). - Add FAQs covering multi-table read configuration (`tables_configs`), start offset modes (`EARLIEST`/`LATEST`), partition key routing, and 2PC transactional messages for exactly-once. 3. **Pulsar (Source & Sink)**: - Add missing `Support Those Engines` / `引擎支持` to Pulsar source docs. - Add FAQs covering partitioned topic subscription and auto-discovery, failover/exclusive consumer cursors, security authentication plugins, and multi-table dynamic topic routing.
