Re-checked the current head before doing another full pass, since the tooling flagged a new commit since my last review. Verification: the current head `be51099` and the commit I approved on 2026-09-04 (`cb2c1b6`) have the exact same parent and the exact same tree (`git diff cb2c1b6 be51099` is empty) — only the committer timestamp differs. In other words this is a pure "amend + force-push to nudge Actions" re-trigger of the same no-op commit, not new code. `git diff apache/dev...HEAD --stat` still shows the same 5 files / 149 insertions / 3 deletions I already reviewed line-by-line last round, so there's nothing new for me to re-review here — my 2026-09-04 approval and analysis stand as-is. CI-wise: `Build` is running again on this head as of now (in_progress, no conclusion yet). That lines up with the rerun I suggested after the previous run's `updated-modules-integration-test-part-1`/`part-4` failures, which I still read as unrelated flake rather than something caused by this PR's Postgres-CDC changes. I'll keep an eye out for the conclusion; if it comes back green this time, this should be ready for a maintainer with write-level review permission to formally approve and merge — my review here is comment-level only. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
