This branch was 67 commits behind `dev` and its last `Build` run had been stuck `in_progress` for about a week (run 33521615794, started 2026-09-01) with only an unrelated `Dead links` failure (`https://research.google/pubs/pub43438/` returning a transient 500) actually completed — nothing about this PR's own change. Merged current `dev` (`8bea8c681ca`) into this branch and pushed `4c51cb31919`; that's a clean merge with zero touches to `ParquetWriteStrategy.java` or its test, and triggers a fresh `Build` run (`34187142529`) from scratch instead of relying on the stuck one. `./mvnw spotless:apply` run on `connector-file-base` after the merge, no formatting changes produced. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
