## Purpose Add a focused bilingual guide for turning an already discovered performance problem into a reproducible benchmark and a verifiable optimization. ## What Changed - add matching English and Chinese performance contribution guides; - add the guide next to the Transform-V2 contribution guide in Developer navigation; - link the guide from the general contribution path; - define the validation path as: > Discover an anomaly → suspect a production path → reproduce it under control → confirm or reject The guide treats OOM, checkpoint timeouts, saturated CPU, throughput loss, latency growth, and stalled threads as examples of already discovered anomalies, not as a monitoring checklist. Logs, metrics, thread stacks, and profiles support or reject a specific suspicion. A benchmark then reproduces the suspected production path under controlled conditions. It also documents why the benchmark and optimization should be submitted separately: the benchmark must merge into `dev` first so Baseline and Candidate can run the same benchmark, fixture, parameters, and JDK. ## Scope This PR changes documentation and navigation only. It does not modify benchmark implementations, workflows, or runtime behavior. ## Verification - [x] English and Chinese heading, table, code-block, and callout parity checked - [x] Documentation links and sidebar target checked - [x] Markdown diff check passed - [ ] Full Maven verify was not run because this is a documentation-only change -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
