### Purpose of this pull request Add generic Protobuf payload support to the RabbitMQ connector by reusing the existing `seatunnel-format-protobuf` module. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. RabbitMQ source and sink now support: - `format = protobuf` - `protobuf_schema` - `protobuf_message_name` The existing default remains JSON, so existing RabbitMQ jobs without `format` continue to behave the same. ### How was this patch tested? Local checks: - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-rabbitmq -am spotless:apply -nsu` - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-connectors-v2/connector-rabbitmq -am spotless:check -nsu` - `git diff --check` Full Maven compile/tests were not run locally in this environment; please rely on Apache GitHub CI for full validation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
