Thanks again for the continued diligence here. The current failing check
(`updated-modules-integration-test-part-1`) is failing on
`PostgresCDCIT.testPostgresCdcSnapshotOnlyAndCommittedOffsetStartupModes` (an
awaitility `ConditionTimeout` waiting on a replicated row count) - a module
this PR's diff (the JDBC MERGE all-key-table dialect fixes) never touches. I've
seen this exact PostgresCDCIT test surface as an unrelated/environmental flake
on another PR before.
`dev` has since picked up #12162 ("Reconstruct missing snapshot completion
watermark and always wait for a checkpoint"), which touches exactly the CDC
snapshot/checkpoint-completion logic this class of flake stems from - and this
branch's base (7 commits behind `dev`) predates that fix.
Could you sync with the latest `dev` and push again so CI picks it up and
reruns clean? No code-side blocker from my end.
