### Purpose of this pull request Related to #10753. Adds a Google Analytics 4 source using Data API v1beta. - Read typed property reports with explicit dimensions, metrics and absolute dates. - Add service-account authentication, bounded pagination/retries, quota checks and cancellation. - Add isolated dependencies, registration, documentation and integration tests. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change? Yes. Adds a batch-only GoogleAnalytics4 source with parallelism 1. It reads aggregate reports, not raw events or CDC. Recovery replays the report; snapshot consistency is not guaranteed. Detected reporting limitations fail explicitly. Existing connectors are unchanged. ### How was this patch tested? - Java 8 and Java 11: 23 unit tests and one shaded-JAR authentication/HTTP test passed on each JDK. - Selected Zeta, Flink 1.18.0 and Spark 3.3.0 runs passed against a mock reporting endpoint. - A final Zeta rerun verified network cleanup.
