goutamadwant opened a new pull request, #12282:
URL: https://github.com/apache/seatunnel/pull/12282

   ### Purpose of this pull request
   Related to #10753.
   - Adds a bounded Transaction Search source using OAuth client credentials.
   - Preserves repeated transaction IDs, nullable fields, exact decimal amounts
and complete transaction detail JSON.
   - Validates served date coverage and pagination, with bounded retries, token
refresh and cancellation.

   ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
   Yes. Adds `PayPal` as a single-reader BATCH source for one account and an
explicit interval of at most 31 days. Existing connectors are unchanged.
Recovery replays the interval; no exactly-once or immutable-report guarantee is
made.

   ### How was this patch tested?
   - Java 8 and 11: 59 unit tests plus one packaged SPI/OAuth integration test
per JDK.
   - Native secret-masking tests passed on both JDKs; 47 adjacent HTTP-base
tests passed on Java 11.
   - Mock-backed E2E passed on Zeta, Flink 1.18 and Spark 3.3, including OAuth
expiry refresh and pagination.
   - Spotless and whitespace checks passed.
   - Live PayPal/sandbox validation and the full repository matrix were not run.

   ### Check list
   * [x] License/NOTICE reviewed; existing production libraries reused.
   * [x] English and Chinese documentation and changelogs added.
   * [ ] `incompatible-changes.md`: not applicable; additive connector.
   * [x] Connector integration updated: `plugin-mapping.properties`,
`seatunnel-dist/pom.xml`, CI label configuration, E2E tests and
`config/plugin_config`.
