CI status note for the fork run on head `ca60502`: `SplitClusterFaultToleranceIT` (the test this PR fixes) passed on both JDK legs. The three red jobs are the three dev-level failures that are red on `dev` itself and have their own fix PRs, none related to this change: - `engine-v2-it (8)`: `BackpressureSlowSinkIT#testCheckpointsKeepCompletingUnderSustainedBackpressure`, checkpoint barrier starved behind the source's checkpoint lock; engine fix in #12316, fixture fix in #12313. - `engine-v2-it (11)`: `CheckpointCoordinatorFailoverIT#testStreamJobFailsAfterCheckpointTriggerDispatchFailure`, the trigger-dispatch vs notify-complete race; fix in #12288. - `all-connectors-it-2 (8)`: `OpengaussCDCIT#testAddFieldWithRestore`, restored schema dropping a column added while the job was stopped (regression from #11503); fix in #12321.
