Makes sense, narrowed to `engine_finishedJobMetrics` and opened a docs-only
PR: #12328.
`config/hazelcast.yaml` ships without a `map` section, so the documented
`engine*` MapStore examples are the effective default. The PR adds an explicit
`engine_finishedJobMetrics` override (`map-store.enabled: false`) to each of
them, EN and ZH, with a short note on how to keep the metrics.
For users on 2.3.13 or earlier (without #11244), one entry covers both
metrics maps, since Hazelcast prefers the more specific pattern over `engine*`:
```yaml
engine_*JobMetrics:
map-store:
enabled: false
```
Note: on 2.3.13 `/job-info/<id>` of a job that finished before a full
restart then returns HTTP 500 (NPE on null metrics); dev already handles it.
