Thanks for the careful failure inventory. Current dev confirms that direct `producer.send(message, new MessageQueue(...))` and source enumeration need a route available at the point of use. PR #12323 is the right minimal direction and its Build check is currently successful. One direct-send window is still outside that patch: `testSourceRestore` sends to `sourceTopic` in its restore-data loop before the route wait that precedes restoration. That later wait protects source enumeration but cannot protect the preceding direct sends. Please add a route wait immediately before that loop, or route that write through the guarded helper, while retaining the existing pre-restore wait. Then the PR will cover every direct queue send as well as the four source-start modes. No timeout increase or broker-queue-count conclusion is justified by this issue. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
