### Purpose of the pull request #11007 - migrate connector-sensorsdata sink options to declarative OptionRule constraints. ### Change log - Declare `server_url` as required and non-blank - Add `bulk_size > 0` and `max_cache_row_size >= 0` value constraints - Leave runtime record/schema validation in place (external/state checks stay runtime) ### Check list - [x] Code changed are covered with tests (existing `SensorsDataSDKFactoryTest` still asserts optionRule non-null) - [ ] `mvn clean install -DskipTests` not run locally (no JDK on this machine); CI should cover compile - [x] Documentation not required for option-rule-only change - [x] Related to #11007 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
