Synced with current dev in `63a685ad8` to include the already-merged Nebula and RocketMQ test fixes. The fixture-isolation patch is unchanged, and all 18 TaskExecutionServiceTest tests pass after the merge. New-head CI is pending. The previous OpenGauss schema-restore and engine cancellation/backpressure failures have separate open fix tracks; I have not weakened their assertions or treated them as transient download failures. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
