The Fluss sink previously treated an empty or whitespace-only `bootstrap.servers` value as present, then passed it to the Fluss client. This change makes the option fail validation early while preserving the optional `database` and `table` behavior needed by multi-table sink mode. It also adds a focused factory regression test and documents the constraint in English and Chinese. Validation: - `mvn -q -pl :connector-fluss -am -pl '!:seatunnel-config' -pl '!:seatunnel-config-base' -pl '!:seatunnel-config-shade' -DskipITs -Dtest='Fluss*Test' -Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false test` - Module dependency-closure `verify` passed.
