Shared the runtime topic parser with dry-run validation, restored actionable fallback hints without exposing driver details, and clarified the timeout handling and tests. All 119 connector tests pass. The extended dynamic-topic fixture and its E2E reactor compile/package successfully, but the broker test has not been executed locally. The previous-head aggregate failure was in the PostgreSQL CDC restore scenario, not the Kafka test lanes. Pushed in b7c98c6af6b3.
